From green bean to glass

Our coffee

We're a roaster first and a café second — though we'd never make you choose. Here's how we source, why we roast the way we do, and the beans you can carry home today.

Sourcing

We buy relationships, not just bags.

Most of our green coffee comes from producers we've worked with for years — visited where we can, video-called where we can't. We pay above the fair-trade floor because great coffee is grown by people, not commodities.

Traceability isn't a buzzword on the bag; it's the farm, the lot, the elevation and the year. When something's special, we tell you exactly where it came from.

Roasting

Roasted to reveal, never to mask

Three quiet principles guide every profile we build on the roaster.

01

Taste-led profiles

We cup every batch and adjust by flavour, not by colour or stopwatch alone. The goal is sweetness, clarity and balance — origin first.

02

Small batches, often

8–12 kg drops mean tighter control and fresher coffee on the shelf. We'd rather roast twice a week than once a month.

03

Honest roast dates

Every bag is stamped with the day it was roasted. Coffee is freshest 4–21 days after — and we want you in that window.
